Blood Spec
Video showing off blood spec. The lastest patch gave its some small buffs, but still didn't fix Death Rune Mastery. My favorite spec so far, probably because its got an easy rotation, and you can solo group quests.

Shadows and Unholy Spec
Here's a short video(hopefully big enough), of the new shadows. They're running at the highest setting recommended by blizzard(there are 2 more settings above this, that are dev only). Also some fighting as Unholy.

WotLK Beta Time
I had a chance to play some of the Wrath of the Lich King Beta today. And by some I mean 6 hours or more. Played the whole time as Death Knight. Some fun stuff, can't wait for it to come out.The intro events for a Death Knight are some of the coolest things I've seen. They even did some weird trick, so that its all instanced, but it changes on key quests. You can only see people on the same key area you are. It all ends with a climatic battle at Light's Hope Chapel.
After finishing up there I played around with each of the builds while leveling. Started with Blood and ended at 61 as Frost. Blood is real straight forward, easy to learn. Also great for leveling solo, since there's virtually no down time. Also you could probably solo most group quests or elites as Blood. I'd liked it more if Death Rune Mastery wasn't broken. Unholy is different, I found it to be the most fun as well. Lots of spells using the same things is its big downfall. For example, both the Gargoyle and Unholy Blight use over half your Runic Power. Corpse explosion is fun, not that useful. Few more tweaks will make Unholy a lot more fun. Last is frost. While I was leveling, I kept reading in general chat about how overpowered Frost spec was...they were right. Its not as fluid as Blood or as fun as Unholy, but i
t kills quickly. Its not complicated, mostly just building up Runic Power to Frost Strike. It needs some tweaking yet to be in line with Blood and Unholy, at least from a Level 61 point of view.Of course, I tried the barbershop. Twice. Its fun, but so far, all haircuts that are new are just from other races. The Death Knight waterwalk is cool looking, but can be annoying. Its an Aura buff, that buffs anyone and everyone, even when your not in their party.
I got more pictures and video, just need to figure out how get it to look better on blogger.

WoW 3.0 PTR to hit sooner rather than later.
Looks like we're days instead of weeks away from the 3.0 PTR. Blizzard cleared out the PTR forums on both US and EU forums.
Two ways to look at this: Yay! New tallents, skills, etc. OR Boo! Expansion testing without getting into the beta.

Good News, Bad News
Good News: Less than 2 weeks till Spore is out!
Bad News: Left 4 Dead got pushed from November 4th to November 20th. But the good news from this, is Valve is going to do like they did with Team Fortress 2, free updates!

WoW 3.0 Info
I'll be talking about World of Warcraft and Team Fortress 2 quite abit, they're what I'm hooked on currently.
Recent blue post details the upcoming 3.0 patch, that will transition us from The Burning Crusade to Wrath of the Lich King. Alot of the expected things listed, talents and there related spells. One thing stood out though; Inscription, the new profession, will be available when the patch hits. Meaning one could pick it up, without needed the expansion. Very cool if you want to get a head start.
